Looking back at when he was a Police Officer - Frank reminisces on the one thing that enabled him to be at the best - fitness!
In his personal Youtube vlog, he describes just how important being fit was for him when it came to law enforcement and how you can and should do the same.
Recollecting when he had to chase suspects, being physically prepared for the run enabled him to catch perpetrators and arrest them.
"if you're out of shape (the bad actor) will think that they can outrun you"
Frank does concede that even if you are physically large it may not always work as a deterrent- adding that sometimes people don't care about how you look because they may be crazy and will attack you regardless! However, in his experience, the majority of people do think twice before challenging him due to his size.
Being physically fit and trained in the art of defence can also come in handy says Frank because you cannot often rely on a lethal weapon to defend yourself. He recounts a time when he tasered a drunk man several times yet the intoxicated felon felt nothing and was able to continue his assault.
The super shredded bounty hunter knows that you cannot always rely on backup and there is going to be a situation where all you'll have is yourself. In that instance, you will have to physically handle people and it makes sense to be physically fit.
Frank does however conclude that you don't have to be buff or have massive biceps to be at your best in your job but he wants you to challenge yourself by starting off with some simple jogs and to eat healthier and see how it helps in the physical aspect of your role and most importantly how it improves your confidence!
